In September 2026, the HFBG will be organising a weekend conference in Jersey (Channel Islands) which will explore the Island’s rich history of rural architecture. Over the long weekend attendees will be visiting a mixture of small farms, Hamptonne Country Life Museum with its cider press and orchard, and Samarès Manor with its ancient colombier (pigeon house) and agricultural equipment museum.
